The Villa
Ideally located at 15 min. drive from the medieval town of Rhodes, 15 min drive from the island’s airport and 5 min walk from the nearest beach with crystal clear waters. Very near the cosmopolitan tourist area of Faliraki, and 10 min drive from the Rhodes golf course.The ideal holiday resort for families and groups of friends.
Amenities
Suns Reach Villa was built in 2019 and accepted its first guests in 2021. We constantly renew and renovate every furniture and device so that everything is always new. Each year, there is something new to discover! Below you can see “Hotspots” of every room and Garden.
Master Bedroom
Four Bedrooms in total, with 3 of them located on the top floor. Master bedroom with Queen Size bed, 2 more with king size beds and one more located on the ground floor. Each room is fully air-conditioned with a Smart TV, Wifi, and closets for your luggages. Bathrooms are one in each floor (2 in total) along with one smaller located on the ground floor.

All shutters are wirelessly connected to the main tablet and can be operated individually.

Spacious and sunny living room with comfortable sofas that can accommodate up to ten people. You will find a 55” Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, AiO computer and a printer.

A relaxing sofa that can transform into a double bed accommodating 2 more!
Kitchen
The house has two dining rooms, one indoors and one on the patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven, electric squeezer, toaster, espresso machine, kettle, cutlery, glasses, cups, plates, and everything else necessary.
Villa was built in 2021.
Outdoor and Activities
The 4000 Sq.m. property is spaciously designed and equipped with numerous activities. A ping pong table, a jacuzzi, gym equipment and sunbeds. A playground for children was built in 2022.
Barbecue equipment and outdoor furniture are available.

Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately the Villa is not pet friendly. Having to follow certain regulations about allergies, we cannot accept your four legged friends, despite really wanting too!
How many guests can come?
We can accommodate up to 8 guests in our 4 luxury bedrooms. We also have cribs for infants and child friendly playground. There are 2 couches that can accommodate 3 more people in the living room.
